I am pleased to see so many people participating in the political process by running for Congress in MA 6th District. The candidate that stands out to me – for their commitment to transparency, fierce advocacy, and rejection of the status quo – is Jamie Belsito.
Whether campaign finance or the people’s pocketbook, Jamie insists on transparency. She eagerly signed the People’s Pledge, refusing to be influenced by money from special interest groups. Jamie also agrees with the voters that overwhelmingly supported holding government accountable with an audit of the MA state legislature. That is why State Auditor Diana DiZoglio has endorsed Jamie Belsito for Congress.
We need someone in Congress who will actually do their job and won’t back down.
People are rejecting the status quo because it is not working. I am reassured that Jamie did not serve in the Biden administration, which helped bring us to this point. We need someone who will stand up to Trump, but the last administration has already shown they could not get the job done.
Jamie has been a strong advocate throughout her career and brings plenty of experience as a former State Representative, Town Moderator, successful nonprofit founder – and last, but not least- as a mother. She knows first-hand how the Trump economy is making it harder for families to afford groceries and put gas in their cars. How the younger generation is being priced out of homeownership. And how our elder generation cannot afford basic healthcare needs.
Jamie Belsito is the candidate that will be focused on making life more affordable for all – not just those invested in the stock market. She is not influenced by corporate money. Jamie’s campaign donations have come directly from the actual community members she will serve.
